Spacious open plan lapa, lounge,
dining room and kitchen area, all with ocean views and
leading onto patio, pool, jacuzzi and garden area.

The lapa area has Indoor braai (jetmaster),
6 burner gas griller, bar, bar fridge, hi-fi and a beautiful marine
tank. The Jacuzzi is undercover with a view of the ocean.
There is also an outdoor braai around the pool area with a Weber and, for those cooler
evenings, a gas heater for the patio is available.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen
area offers LCD TV with satellite reception, DVD
player and surround sound.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all
modern utensils needed in a kitchen with a 5 burner gas
stove, electric under counter oven and hob, dishwasher,
washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave,
deep fryer, free standing filtered water cooler, ice making
machine (both mineral and reverse osmosis), Bain Marie (food
warmer), filter coffee maker, blender
etc.
